Oblak uses Sign in with Apple through the system sign-in sheet within the app. Use the same Apple Account when you return. Sign-in may use an Apple private relay email address. The app does not receive your Apple Account password.

In the app’s Settings, check the progress of uploads to the cloud and any errors. During a restore, also check the progress of photo downloads to your device. A pending transfer is not a completed backup or restore. Do not sign out until your changes have uploaded: signing out removes the local journal and the queue of changes that have not been sent.

Oblak hands cloud photo downloads to iOS, which can continue them after you switch to another app or lock the screen. Transfers may wait for connectivity or for iOS to allow them. If the restore pauses, reopen Oblak and check its progress. Downloaded photos are also stored locally on your device.

No. You can choose an existing photo and enter a location manually. You can change permissions in your iPhone's Settings. Oblak doesn't access your contacts; you add people's names yourself.

The AI assistant is optional. Before you turn it on, you'll see an explanation of how your data is used and a separate consent request. AI can make mistakes; check its answer against the original memory. More about AI and data.

Yes. The AI assistant is off by default. With a valid subscription, you can use the journal and cloud synchronization without consenting to AI.

Oblak Plus offers weekly, monthly, or yearly journal access. The price and duration are shown before you confirm your purchase through Apple. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Apple’s subscription settings. Subscription and refund terms.

Delete a memory in the app; cloud deletion needs successful synchronization. Delete your account in Your data & account, which is available without a subscription. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete the account. More about your account and data.
